Policies and Best Practices
- We live in a mountain area, among dangerous animals. Bears, for instance. While Bears don't want to bother you, we keep them away, by making sure all trash is picked up and never left outside or in cars. Bears can smell scented wipes, candy and food, we are not responsible for any damage caused by leaving those items in your car. It is also your responsibility to keep your belongings on you and locked up.
- We do not allow smoking in any rooms. You may smoke outdoors if you are being courteous of others and making sure to extinguish all cigarettes when finished.
- DRUG POLICY: No use of controlled substances as designated by Federal Law is allowed on our premises. You will be subject to immediate eviction by an officer of the law
Reservations/Information
- You can call to book an appointment at 661-242-1622 or you may click on the "ROOMS" link on this web site. This will direct you to the AirBnB site with our rooms and you may book it through AirBnB.
- Due to Covid, we are asking that you have consideration for others that are sharing the space with you. If you know you have COVID or other contagious illness, please cancel your appointment. If you have been exposed, please wear a mask and don't join for the community breakfast table. We are asking for respect of others, use your best judgment.
- We will have no penalty cancellation if cancellation is done 24 hours prior to your reservation. If you develop COVID or have/had COVID symptoms we ask that you cancel or reschedule your visit for at least a 14 day period after your symptoms are no longer present.
